Cancellation Policy:
Patients needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment must provide at least 24 hours notice. In the absence of an emergency, the patient will be charged the full fee for the scheduled appointment.

Most Health Insurances are welcome and I am currently accepting new patients.

I am happy to submit claims to your Auto insurance for injuries from car accidents. Please verify your Acupuncture benefits prior to your first appointment for specific plan requirements such as pre-authorization and benefit limitations. All copay and deductible are due at the time of service. I will accept Cash or Check only. There is additional $15 fee for any returned check.
